'Plan and Chart of Cremill [Cremyll] Passage Point in Plymouth Sound'. Survey shows coastline, hydrography, jetties, topography, land use, roads, buildings, land marks and remarks. Colour manuscript. North point showing true and magnetic north (orientation to south east bearing south). Scale: 5 inches to 700 feet. Annotated with black and red ink, titled: 'The following comprise the whole of the leasehold properties on the Peninsula of Cremill [Cremyll] which is required for the Public Service, 31 March 1824'. Estimated date: 1824, as suggested by remarks
