As follows:

Bargain and sale for £120 (George Hudson of Barton church gent., to Thomas Mounsy of Sharrow yeo.) - two freehold houses and their lands at Sharrow, the one of rent 5s. 8d., and the other of rent 8s. 4d.; with common of pasture and turbary, and all woods, 44 Eliz. I [1602]

Covenant concerning today's mortgage for £100 (William Dawson of Sharrow yeo. and Bridget his wife, to Edward Harrison and his son George of "Howtown in Fewsdale" [Fusedale, near Martindale] yeo.) - states that the "sale" deed is in fact a mortgage; and covenanting to repay the sum within three years; - his house and land at Sharrow, 1662

Similar deed by William Dawson, as before, to George and Lancelot Harrison both of "Howton" yeomen - for "Six score" pounds [£120] today; - his house and land at Sharrow, 1664[/5]

Bond in £20 (Thomas Mounsey of "Powley" [Pooley] yeo., to William Dawson of Sharrow) - to keep the covenants of his deed this day, 1664[/5]

Mortgage of farm-stock for "Fowerteene" pounds (William Dawson of Sharrow yeo., to Jennatt [Janet] Dawson his sister, of "Mealfell in the Parish of Newchurch" [Mellfell p. Watermillock] Cumberland, spinster) - 3 mares, 1 horse, 3 whyes, "whereof the said Jennatt hath the eare mark"; William promises to keep these until "the second holy day in Whitsun weeke commonly called Whitsun Monday", on which date he shall repay the £14, 1665

Bargain and sale for £120 ("Sixscore Pounds") (George and Lancelot Harrison of Howtown, bachelors, to Thomas Harrison of "Bowerdale" [Boredale, nearby] yeo.) - their customary house and its land at Sharrow in the Barony of Barton, rent 10s. 0d., "which we lately purchased of William Dawson"; to hold "according to the Custom ..." [only], 1668[/9]

Bargain and sale for £120 ("Sixscore") (Thomas Harrison of Glassonby yeo., to John Walker of "Long Sleddall [Longsleddale] in the Parish of Kirkby Kendall", yeo.) - his tenantright house and land at Sharrow (Lord Dacre, lord), rent 10s. 0d.; with all .. barns, byres, tofts, crofts, woods, sheep-heafs, in the Barony of Barton, 1674[/5]

Deed by Edmond Walker of Crooke Dike yeo., declaring the sale by Bridget and Anne Dawson of Sharrow to him this day, to be a mortgage for £10, not an outright sale, 1677

Bargain and sale for £80 ("Fourscore") (John Walker of Sharrow yeo., to Edward his brother, of Seat p. Barton yeo.), also for £60 more, due under bond customary house and land (Hasell Esq., lord) known as Sharrow, in the Barony of Barton, rent 10s. 0d., held by Custom and by the Indenture and Decree enrolled in Chancery and made bwtween the late Earl of Sussex and "severall of" his tenants of that Barony; with all ... tofts, crofts, .. 1726

Letters of Administration for James Walker's estate, of Sharrow deceased, granted at York to Edward Walker of Seat, to 1729[/30]

Kendal yeo., to Edward Walker lately of Seat, yeo.) - concerning Edward's duties as Administrator of the estate of the late James Walker of Sharrow, intestate, and concerning the bounden parties' shares as members of his family, particularly any debts yet to come in, 1730[/1]

Bampton) - present occupier, John Sisson of Thwaite Hill; rent £12; Ann to pay all rates and taxes, but William to serve on "the Highways" [as Surveyor for the year] if required; husbandry, lessor's right of way, timber, repairs, manuring, clauses, 1782

Lease for 6 years (William Sisson of Thwaitehill p. Barton yeo., to John Todhunter of Crossdormant p. Barton, farmer) - the house and land at Sharrow; also "a part of Thwaitehill viz: Windy-hill, Todacre, high Borance, low Borance, and Seathwait together with a Field-House belonging the same at Thwaitehill"; rent, 40 guineas; rates, ploughing, liming, timber, fences' and building's repair, husbandry, lessor's right of way, clauses; entry at Candlemas, 1798
