1 Aug 1653: John Poole ordered to present to Commissioners for Charitable uses that land given for the repair of the church was taken into the park and neither rent nor money has been paid by the Commissioners of the late King.
An account of money laid out by the parishioners for the repair of George Senel's house in 1654.
Includes election of officers, fines for those not wishing to perform as elected officers, decisions relating to the parish house and land, and the parish stock, apprenticeship arrangements, imposition of church rates, reference to the provision of coffins for the poor, and the reimbursement of the overseers for disbursements during the great plague 1665; covenant in a lease of 1667 not to break up the soil for making bricks or files;
23 March 1667/8 Sarah Ryfeild complained that her house in the possession of the parish was blown down 'by the great winds that lately happened and asks for consideration, in Jan 1668/9 it was recommended she be allowed £4 10s. and remaining materials;
6 Sept 1669 permission to stop a watercourse and make another;
4 April 1670 £5 accepted for the enclosure of a field called 'Fourty';
26 June and 10 July 1670 permission to build a pew;
25 Sept 1670 order for making a new building into a dwelling house for the minister, cancelled 31 October.
24 Oct 1670 building on the north side of the church to be reserved for a school house; also John Borne to have the pest house at East Sheen for 10 years and to keep the child Elizabeth Samuell, unless the house is needed in time of plague.
9 Nov 1673 order that the house annexed to the church be converted into a public school at the charge of such benefactors as shall contribute to the good design.
26 Dec 1673 agreed that a pound rate throughout the town for mending the highway be made.
25 May 1674 order for setting up the Communion rails, steps 'and other decencies belonging to yt and ye chancell' as formerly.
28 May 1676 order at the request of Lady Cullen and Mr Charles Mitchill, merchant, that they have the rest of the gallery for the use of them and their families, to be seated at their own cost.
11 June 1676 order that persons named make redress to Duke Rotherdole [Duke of Lauderdale, Ranger of the Park] for the recovery of dues from His Majesty's Park.
29 Sept 1677 Mr Thompson to pay £5 for being allowed to enclose 'Fourty'.
12 Oct 1684 three persons desired to inspect the parish chest to view title to lands and tenements etc.
22 June 1690 legacy of £50 from Edwin Browne, late of London, merchant, income to be used for buying coal for the poor.
9 April 1694 order that the parish clerk be paid £3 yearly.
8 July 1694 complaint of an indictment for want of a watch house.

Account of Franicee Grenowaye and Richard Lee, Churchwardens, 1632 and of John Poole and Henry Liford, overseers of the poor, for £3 given by Henry Smith.

8 Mar 1663/64 copy of lease of the new built customary messuage with land and wharf belonging [measurements given], called The Garter, with copy of schedule of rooms and fittings.
Extract from the will of Mr Thomas Scalles, died 15 Oct 1640:
To parish of Mortlake £5 10s. yearly out of messuage called Tower Royal in St Thomas Apostle's, Cordwinder ward, for relief of the poor. [See 2414/9/243].
The books is foliated from this end.
On the back cover the book is marked 'The gyft of Mr Roger Mullens 1633'. Page markers pasted in at references of interest by same hand as page of references in 2414/4/3.
