Vice-treasurer to be paid 20 guineas yearly 'for his trouble' in paying a weekly allowance to the wives and children of militia men called out into actual service, auditing the accounts and transmitting them to the Exchequer.

Vice-treasurer to pay Mr Hendy, coroner, his bill.

Ann, wife of Bleudman Yendall, accused of stealing from Richard Bray: acquitted.

Digory Row, jun., of Warbstow, accused of stealing goods of George Bath: acquitted.

Roger Ball and William Boddy, both of St Ewe, yeomen, accused of a misdemeanour: acquitted.

William Rawling of South Petherwin, High Constable of the Hundred of East (north division): fined £20 for not attending sessions.
