Premises: land and appurtenances in the "Doune" [down?] between land of the bishop of Exeter on the north, land of the Abbot of Tavistock on the east, land of Torre Bryan on the west
Rent: 7 sous 4 pence at the 4 terms, for all services, suits, quarrels, exactions which appertain to a "ferthing" and a "clawe" of land in the "Doune". Grantee may be free of amercements and reliefs, wardship and marriage by payment of 3d and 7 sous of easterlings.
N.B. note included that the transcript is a stray among Croft Andrew papers, relating to originals "in the Institution across the road". Ink reference in first page "DA 146".
