1. CHESTER (St Oswald) Office c Thos Aldersey churchwarden for not kneeling at the Litany and prayers, going to other churches to hear sermons, not being a parishioner, refusing to obey the Chancellor's order to buy a velvet cushion for the communion table and to place it on the same, saying that Mr Picknes vicar procured the order, also for the refusing to attend prayers on Wednesdays and Fridays and neglecting his office - libel, responsions.
