Lease from Edward Ferrers of Badesley Clinton esq. to Miller Sadler of Over Whitacre esq. of the advowson of the rectory of Badesley Clinton in the diocese of Lichfield and Coventry. To hold the same for 14 years.

Circular seal of red wax applied. ½ in. On a shield seven mascles and a canton ermine.

Witnesses to signing and receipt endorsed: R.W. Harry; Ann Fieldhouse.

Inrollment in the Court of Common Pleas endorsed in Michaelmas Term 10 George III [1769].
