Description: Maps and Plans, mainly created by or for the Architects Department and Estates Department of Stevenage Development Corporation. The cataloguing of the records in this section was carried out between 2022 and 2025 as part of the 'New Jerusalems' cataloguing project by the Association of New Towns Archives and Museums (ANTAM) with funding generously provided by the Wellcome Trust. See www.newjerusalems.info (link current 2025). � �This group of records were transferred to Hertfordshire Archives and Local Studies (HALS) via Stevenage Museum in 1990 as Off Acc 793. Because the majority of the material in CNT/ST had already been catalogued, a separate section in the catalogue has been created for this deposit, to reflect the provenance, original order and custodial history of these records.
