Receipted bill of John Clifford for £12. 9s. 2d.: A bill of work and materials in the mash fatt and coolers and under back done for Mr. Webb by James Clifford. - 221 ft. of 1¾ inch yellow deal at 5d. per ft., £4. 12s. 1d; carriage to Warwick 7s. 3d. A bill of goods and work done in the house - For a mahoganay swing glass frame and a tabernacle frame for 2 looking glasses £1. 8s. Paid Ward for carriage of the carving from Birmingham 6d; for a close stool box 12s.; work about the chimney pieces; wainscot colour paint, etc.
Endorsed: April 17th 1758 paid Mr. Clifford the balance.
