Of Mary Ann Sylvester (of Foleshill, Warws., widow) who bequeaths £500, in Richard Masser's hands (he being described as in PA/101/12/128) under her husband's will, to her husband's brother William (of Fulbrooke Cottage, Burford, Oxon., gent.) for division equally between himself and his siblings; the £100 mentioned in PA/101/12/128 descends to R. Masser absolutely; if the testatrix die in the house of John Orton jun. (of Foleshill, surgeon) where she now lives, he will accept £100; to her nephew Arthur Harry Masser (of Longford, Foleshill) the testatrix leaves her realty and the rest of her personalty; the testatrix desires burial in the same vault as her daughter in the Old Cemetery, Birmingham; W. Sylvester and A.H. Masser are the executors.
