(i) William Skarlett, esquire
To (ii) Andrew Grene of Risby
Lease for five years, from the following Michaelmas, of the manor of Charmans in Risby, with all its lands, tenements, rents and services, liberties of fold, etc., in Risby and neighbouring villages, excepting the fulling mill in West Stow called le For mylle and 10a. of meadow adjoining, called Charmans Fen, rendering to (i) twelve marks three shillings and fourpence in equal portions at the two terms.
Clause for distraint on non-payment of rent.
(ii) To be responsible for repairs, etc.
