Edward Wilson of Congleton, clerk, and Charles Heaton of Endon, Staffs., land surveyor, by the direction of Charles Bourne Lawton esq. and the Rev. John Lawton, clerk, both of Church Lawton, to Randle Wilbraham esq. and his e.s. & h. Randle Wilbraham junior esq, both of Rode Hall ----- 2 pieces/parcels of land/ground (2a. 2r. 35p.) in ODD RODE being the Northwesterly sides of 2 fields part of a tenement called the Ashbank and called the Wood Field and the Congleton Croft in tenure of Thomas Beresford IN EXCHANGE for 3 pieces/parcels of land ground belonging to Randle Wilbraham, senior & junior, in ODD RODE being parts of a field called the Wood Field together with the piece of Wood Land thereto adjoining called Hobson's Wood (4. 0. 35p.) now in tenure of Wm. Twemlow. Cons: 5/-. PLAN.
