Draft copy of particulars of sale of property and land at Harold, Carlton and Chellington to be sold by auction at the Harrold Insitute by W & H Peacock on 27th January 1927 viz:

- Three freehold cottages in Brook Lane, Harrold (being sold for the executrices of the late J F Bird) occupied by C Carter, C Cockings and Miss Coleman [see/41below] 1926

(a) Three cottages at Bridge End, Carlton, with barns, earth closets and drinking well, in occupation of H Simons, J Risely and H Odell.

(b) Two pasture enclosures at Bridge End, Chellington containing 3.409a (OS 54-56) in occupation of Mr Jarvis.

(c) Two cottages at Bridge End, Chellington, with gardens barns, earth closets and well in occupation of G Burbage and J Spencer.

(d) Two freehold cottages, adjoining (c) with barns, sheds, workshop to one, earth closets, and gardens with well in occupation of E Brandon and Mrs Drage.

(e) Thatched freehold cottage adjoining (d) with barn, earth closet, hen house, gardens and well in occupation of Mrs Barnett.

(a) - (e) being sold for the executors of the late W Judd.
