Assignment: for £600: Mathew Jenison, apothecary to John Johnson, maltster, both of Newark:-- close called the Wroo alias Row; with two little closes thereto belonging in Averham. Close called Five and Twenty Acres or Martin's Tolney in Stoke. Close of pasture in Newark. Tenants specified --: Recites 2, 3, 5 and 7 above; also assignment of the premises by Thomas Nelson and Henry Chilton to Mathew Jenison (they being his trustees in respect of the premises) dated 3 Dec. 1653. Witn. William Martin, Ro. Martin junr.. Tho. Heape.
