Description

Receipt given by Thomas Walford Undersheriff to Thomas Ferrers esq. for £12 for a licence given to William Shakespeare gent. to agree with the said Thomas Ferrers for the manors of Baddesley Clinton and Kingswood and of messuages lands and appurtenances in Baddesley Clinton, Kingswood, Packwood, Knowle, Rowington and Lapworth together with the advowson of Baddesley church.

1 October 1737.
