1. Richard More of Lindley, Salop, Esq.

2. Right Honourable Edward Lord Herbert Baron of Cherbury. and Castle Island.

2 his heirs, executors, administrators, workmen, agentsor servants are absolutely acquitted from any actions that may be sued against them by 1. his heirs, executors, administrators or assigns.

2 agrees that 1 may peaceably have hold and enjoy the lead mines in the manor of Shelve and disclaims all right to them.
