Description

Grant by Thomas Hill of Studley, co. Warwick, farmer, and Sarah his wife to Elizabeth Smith of Moreton Hall in the parish of Inkberrow, co. Worcs., widow, in consideration of £300 of the tithes on the homestead called the Green Lanes and lands in Studley.

Signed: Thos: Hill, Sarah Hill by her mark, with seals.

Witnesses: Jos: Brettell, John Fetherston, servant to Mrs. Smith.
