Lodge of Harmony was granted a warrant to meet as No. 558 by the Moderns' or premier Grand Lodge on 5 November 1796. The Lodge met at Dudley's Coffee House, George Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire. The Lodge was erased on 10 February 1809.
