The Royal Gloucester Lodge No. 130 was established in 1772 and met at the Vine Tavern, High Street, Southampton, Hampshire. The lodge now meets at the Masonic Hall, Albion Place, Southampton. The Lodge also accepted a Modern warrant in 1792. It agreed to drop the Modern Constitutions in 1798 but remained on the lists until it the Union. The lodge was named the Royal Gloucester Lodge in 1792 in the Modern warrant.
