A considerable number of smaller deposits, mostly consisting of deeds of title, and many of which were formerly deposited in the East Sussex Record Office at Lewes prior to Local Government Re-Organization. The documents range in date from a deed of land in Clapham, 1266 (Add Mss 26964), to personal papers of a Jewish family from Augsburg, 1981 (Add Mss 27063)
