Promises to send annual returns from town and country lodges on the island with remittances for membership registration. With endorsement: Note by Robert Leslie requesting annual returns of members from Lodges on the island after the provincial warrant was granted.

Provincial Grand Lodge, No. 1 was granted a warrant by the Antients' Grand Lodge on 1 June 1796 to meet as No. 301 at the Masons' Hall, Port Royal Street, Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies. The Lodge was erased at the time of the union between the Antients' and Moderns' Grand Lodges to form the United Grand Lodge of England in 1813.
