(1) Frederick Bibby of Widnes co.Lanc., sailmaker, William Knight of Manchester co.Lanc., stonemason, and wife Eliza, Robert MacMasters of Liverpool, joiner, and wife Mary, William Fryer of Runcorn, stonemason, and wife Olive, James Dutton of Runcorn, slate merchant, and wife Susannah, James Ainscow of Crewe, mechanic, and wife Harriet, (2) William Howard of Runcorn, labourer at a soapery.
Prem.as in EMS 111/10/1, and mess. erected thereon.
Consideration: £150.
Recites that James Bibby (party (3) in /1) left prem. to his wife for life, then to be sold and profits divided among his son Frederick and daus. Eliza, Mary, Olive, Susannah, and Harriet; that Mary Bibby died 6 Jun.1863.
