Folio 687. Letter from James Saunders, Clerk to the East Dereham Local Board in the Mitford and Launditch Poor Law Union, to the Local Government Board. He writes to inform the Board that at a meeting held by the local board on 10 November 1880 the following resolutions were passed. Firstly that Henry Bird Vincent be reappointed Medical Officer to the Local Board for the term of one year from the expiration of his year of officer at the same salary. Secondly that William Henry Nankivell is reappointed Inspector of Nuisances to the Board at the same terms and conditions as Bird.
Annotated: '1879 report received and accepted but MOH [Medical Officer of Health] was requested to give more information in any future annual report which he may make', 23 November 1880.
Annotated: Mr Courtenay Boyle is asked 'Sanction both reappointments until the 10 of November 1881', 23 November 1880.
