Samuel Walker, late of Aldwark, par. Ecclesfield, Yorks., but now of Lockington, Derbys., esq., of the first part; Henry Walker of Blythe, Notts, esq., of the second part; Joshua Walker of Red Bull Wharf, city of London, esq., of the third part; George Marsh of Belgrave Place, Pimlico, co. Middlesex, esq., of the fourth part; James Beaumont of Golden Square, co. Middlesex, gent., of the fifth part.
Reciting the will of Thomas Walker, late of Berry Hill, Mansfield, Notts, esq., of 13 Apr 1827, and a lease and release of 1 and 2 Feb 1829, and that by these deeds, Samuel, Henry and Joshua Walker are seized of the below listed lands.
They now convey the lands to George Marsh, as follows: a messuage with a garden and appurtenances in Bargh, par. Darton, in the tenure of Joseph Bailey: another in the tenure of William Fretwell: another in the tenure of George Senior: a barn and butchers shop in Bargh, in the tenure of Joseph Bailey: a barn in Bargh, in the tenure of William Fretwell: a barn in Bargh in the tenure of Edward Armitage: and which altogether contain 29 poles: a croft in Bargh, in tenure of Joseph Bailey, 1 acre 37 poles: an allotment in Bargh, of 8 poles, in the tenure of Joseph Bailey, being part of an allotment of 1 rood 13 poles made to Thomas Walker by the enclosure award of 1823: close of land called Little Park in Bargh, in the tenure of Edward Armitage, 32 poles: close called Crow Croft, in Bargh, in the tenure of Edward Armitage, 4 acres 36 poles: messuage with outbuildings in Bargh, in the tenure of Thomas Crowther, 17 poles: several parcels of land in Bargh belonging therto, and known as, Broom Croft, 1 acre 1 rood 37 poles: Well Croft, 1 rood 30 poles: Middle Croft, 2 acres 1 rood 29 poles: Pond Croft, 1 acre 1 rood 12 poles: Bargh Green allotment, 29 poles, being part of an allotment of 1 acre 1 rood 36 poles made to Thomas Walker under the Darton enclosure award: shop with stable, garden and appurtenances in Bargh, in the tenure of Timothy Crowther, containing 12 poles: tithes of all sorts arising from the above lands and from all closes the property of George Marsh, totalling 113 acres 2 roods 3 poles.
