Tenement and several closes (29 ac.), parcel of the manor of Hewish; now held for the residue of term of 99 years determinable on the death of Thos. Hammonds. (Timber reserved).
(To hold to R. B. for term of 99 years to commence after the determination of the term now held, if John and Jane Battiscombe, chdn. of R. B., so long live; at yearly rent of £1 1s. 1½d, and heriot of best beast or £3 at the election of sd. Earl).
