(ii) Moris Edwards of Newtowne [Newtown], co. Mtg., mercer, youngest son of (i).
(iii) Lodowicke Lewis of Penyrhyddelan [Penrhuddlan?], co. Mtg., gent., and David Harry of Maesmawr, gent.
(i) conveys to (iii) messuage in Maesmawre [Maesmawr] in [Llandinam?], co. Mtg., which (i) bought from David ap Evan, to use of (i) for life, and then to (ii), his heirs and assigns for ever.
(i) retains power to revoke or alter this grant.
