Deedpoll, quitclaim.
(1) Elizabeth Hind, one of daughters of Rich. Hind late of Brownsover Warks., gent. and a grandaughter of Rich. Hind late of Lilburne Nhant, gent.
(2) Wm. Ward of Woolston Warks., gent., surviving exor. of Rich. Hind of Lilburne.
(1) ackowledges to (2) receipt of £400. legacy given in will of grandfather Rich. Hinde and discharges (2) from all claims & demands; the legacy of £400. was given to (1) over & above sum due to her by will of late father so that she should be satisfied with inventory which grandfather being exor. of her father's will had exhibited of personal estate amounting to £493. 0s. 1½d. of which personal estate Wm. Ward and John Farndon (exors. of grandfather's will) have given account to Elizabeth Hind, widow, late mother of (1) who was administratrix of husband's goods & chattels not administred by Rich. Hinde of Lilburne etc. now (1) declares satisfaction with inventory and accounting and quitclaims (2) from all claims & demands.
