Whereby, having recited: firstly and secondly, PA/101/11/680,681; and thirdly, George Ryley's death and probate: therefore Samuel [III] Vale (of Coventry, esq., J.P.) and William Hall Wilkinson (described as in PA/101/11/682 but also as a Major in the 2nd West Yorks. Militia) appoint Elizabeth Taylor Brisbane (of Prestbury, Glos., widow) a trustee in W.H. Wilkinson's place, whilst the old trustees convey G. Ryley's estate to their successors.
