1. Capital messuage in Great Fenton, lands called Big Surberow, Owlery, Sitch Knowls, Childs Meadow, the Ley, Old Field, Barn Croft, New Meadow, Little Heath, the Gramage, Hanford Leys and Great Heath.

2. Two messuages in Fenton Culvert called Mobberley's and Hargreaves Tenements.

Between 1568 and 1638, this property also included Dole Meadow, Wood Meadow, Lougher Sprinke and Hollinshurst, and between 1652 and 1729, included property in Coltsmore and Bradnop, p. Leek, belonging to the Nicholls family.
