Gift
(i) John Marshall of Mountsorrel.
(ii) George None of Walton on the Wolds, and William Munke of Mountsorrel.
(i) to (ii) the messuage with tenement lying to the south of Mountsorrel in which (i) now lives; one other messuage with a tenement now situated to the south of Mountsorrel, now in the occupation of (i), previously in the occupation of John Moorland; the croft situated in Mountsorrel called Hempe Plott which adjoins the land of Godfrey Blounte in the north and the land of Thomas Phippes in the south and now in the occupation of (i).
To the use of John Marshall, Richard Marshall and Mary Stanley and on their deaths to the heirs of Richard and Mary.
Clause of Warranty.
Consideration: The completion of a deed between (i) and Mary Stanley of Sutton Bonnington, co. Nottingham, of even date.
