- communications from Senior Regional Officer regarding: employment of Bedford Borough whole-time Rescue Party personnel; use of Goldington School as Advance Regional Headquarters; Fire Prevention (Business Premises) Order 1941; functioning of Civil Defence services in London Region; approximate number of bombing incidents in region [189 in Bedfordshire from Sep 1940 to Jan 1941]; measures to combat intensive bombing in Bedford and Dunstable; Wardens' Posts at 22 West Parade, Dunstable, Hoo Estate Office, Eugster Avenue, Kempston and 99 Spring Road, Kempston;
