Charles Clegg, of Sheffield, teacher, surviving executor and devisee in trust of the will of John Allison (will, 18 February 1835; decd. 17 May 1835), with the children of John Allison, Mary Ann Allison, of Sheffield, spinster, Harriet Dungworth [née Allison], wife of William Dungworth, of Sheffield, esq., and Charles Allison, of Sheffield, auctioneer's clerk. For £270 paid by Charles Allison to the Dungworths, Charles Allison will receive the leasehold premises of TT/78/7, being part of the estate of the late John Allison, decd. (The Dungworths to receive the £270 and Mary Ann Allison to receive premises in Queen St., Sheffield, as their part of the partition).
