Ts. memoir (304pp) of his service in the RAF, June 1940-May 1947, describing his basic training, his service as an electrical engineer at RAF Fairwood Common, November 1941-September 1943, his officer's training September 1943-March 1944, and his postings to No1 Ferry Unit HQ Transport Command, RAF Pershore, as Electrical Engineering Officer, April-August 1944, in No 249 Wing HQ Italy, August 1944-May 1945, and Austria May 1945-August 1946, and with No324 Wing in Austria, August 1946-January 1947, with a final posting to Ceylon, January-May 1947.
