Description

Probate with copy of the will of Michael Petipher of Pebworth bequeathing to his wife Ann Petipher the full occupation and profits of his messuage and lands in Pebworth for life, and, after her death to his son William Petipher the said messuage, and to his sons William and Michael Petipher the said lands, share and share alike, but subject to money bequests to his other children, Mary, Elizabeth, Samuel, Joseph, Ann, Patience, and Thomas; also to his sons William and Michael all his stock and other possessions except the furniture which is to be divided equally between his children William, Elizabeth, Michael and Patience. Appointment of his sons William and Michael as executors.

Proved at the Consistory Court of Gloucester, 6 October 1830.

On tag, papered seal of the Chancellor of the Diocese.
