Between John Bence, the elder, John Bence the younger, Edward Hayward, Philip Garnham, Henry CHENEY, and Thomas Johnson, all of Aldeburgh, merchants, and Jeffery PITTMAN, Woodbridge, gent., indemnifying Jeffrey Pittman and Anne, his wife, formerly wife of Robert Bence, Harwich, merchant, deceased, against any claims relating to 3 houses in Aldeburgh which were sold in accordance with the terms of Robert Bence's will, the money to be given to the churchwardens for the benefit of the poor.
