Bridge recently built at Braddon Pool in Egloshayle, built under direction of county surveyor, now designated a county bridge. Ordered that county surveyor not to build any further bridges without consent of justices in Q.S.
Robert Parker Player's contract for conveying prisoners from Truro to Bodmin, to be continued for two years at following rate: 20s. for first prisoner, plus 5s. for every additional prisoner.
Francis Hearle Rodd, esq., in conjunction with Devon committee, appointed to contract for building of Poulson Bridge, to appoint a suitable clerk of the works.
Power given at last sessions to John Samuel Enys, esq. concerning Ponsanooth Bridge, to continue until next sessions.

Rules and regulations concerning debtors in Sheriff's ward
QS/1/12/244-248
1. Debtors not to be subject to restraints other than those necessary for their safe custody.
2. Debtors paying their own expenses allowed to occupy best apartments.
3. Their bedrooms to be opened at the same time as those of other prisoners; to vacate their rooms by 9 a.m. and to be locked up at 10 p.m. when all lights to be extinguished.
4. Debtors (either in person or by substitute) to clean their rooms before 11 a.m., and to air bedding when necessary.
5. No food to be prepared in bedrooms, and food to be cooked to be prepared in dayrooms or at turnkey's lodge.
6. No tobacco to be smoked in bedrooms or galleries, and no tippling in the wards.
7. Debtors may purchase up to a pint of wine or a quart of beer or cider daily between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Any debtor exceeding this allowance to be debarred from this privilege.
8. Debtors "destitute of friends" or unable to support themselves by working may receive county allowance, by producing certificate from their parish stating need. This to be the same allowance as for other prisoners but debtors "receiving their sixpences" or other allowance from their creditors shall not be entitled until their means exhausted.
9. All clothes, parcels etc. brought into prison subject to inspection to prevent entry of "improper articles".
10. Debtors may follow their professions provided it does not interfere with cleanliness or discipline in prison.
11. All debtors, except dissenters, required to attend services in chapel. Failure to attend to result in debtors being locked in their bedrooms during service and loss of privileges.
12. No gaming, cards or dice allowed.
13. Debtors to keep themselves clean and those maintained at County expense to be allowed soap and towels and have their linen washed in prison wash kitchen.
14. Friends of debtors may visit between 10 a.m. and sunset, excepting Sundays, Christmas Day and Good Friday. No visitor except close family to stay more than one hour, or to be admitted more than twice in a day.
15. Visitors refusing to leave may be refused admittance in future.
16. Disobedience to the governor's orders subject to punishment set by visiting justices.
17. Female debtors to be kept in separate ward under care of matron and subject to all the rules of the gaol.

Hugh Nankivell, Edward Nankivell, William Adams, William Guard, and James Guard, all of Perranzabuloe, labs. indicted for entering at midnight a conie [rabbit] breeding warren on Thomas Hoblyn's ground in Perranzabuloe, and killing five conies: H.N. and W.G. received six months' hard labour, others received four months' hard labour.
Nicholas Sleep indicted for assault and battery. Pleaded guilty: fined 1s. paid in court.

Beacause of irregularities prevailing regarding the passing of "Scotch poor" from parish to parish "it is earnestly requested that no such poor" be passed except according to the Act 59. Geo. III c.12 and 33, and that Irish poor may be shipped from nearest port. 1s. per mile per adult, and 6d. per mile per child under fourteen, to be allowed.
