By Sir ROBERT JENKINSON to JULIAN LONGDEN of Kilcot in Hawksbury, milward, - for £30 - of a messuage or tenement in Kilcot then or late in the tenure of Richd. Fermor called Knightgrove containing ¼ acre, whereon the said messuage was built And also 5 ac. of arable land in Kilcot inthe Overfield and 5 ac. in the Lower field of Kilcott called the Combe field and two parcels called Davys acre and Gyddykhapp in the same Lower field containing 4 acres. Term, 99 years, if Johanner his daughter and Julian Longden and Thos. Longden his sons or any of them should so long live. Rent 4s. Mark of Julian Longden, seal and tag gone.
