Northants, knt. to ROBERT LUCAS of the Middle Temple, with THOMAS GOODALE of Barnards Inn, gent. as a party, of 3/7th parts and also 1/4th part of 1/7th part of the manors of Mersham and Foder Mersham, Foder Marsh and Pett, and of the site, capital messuage and demesnes of Priesthawes And all other messuages, lands &c. in Farley, Pett, Icklesham, Geseling and Westham, which late were the estate of James Thetcher late of Priesthawes, esq. decd., ancestor of the said Lady Morgan To hold to the said Robert Lucas To make him tenant of the freehold of the premises in order to the suffering a Recovery thereof
