Sale of 226a 2r 24p of market gardening and arable land, in occupation of Mr William Hull, with Title commencing with an Indenture of Re-settlement dated 19th Sept. 1902, and including:

a) 183 acres at Three Corner and Waypost Fields (Lots 1-4)

b) Ploughed Illings and Broad Moor (Lots 5-9)

c) Old Pasture at junction of Chawston and St. Neots roads (Lot 10)

d) allotment land at Long Field (Lots 11-20)

e) 11 acres fronting Chawston Rd (Lots 21-24)

f) 154a 2r 14p opposite the Pear Tree Inn (Lot 25)

g) Cottage with garden, in occupation of Mr A.A. Ekins (Lot 26)

- Sale held at the Anchor Hotel, Tempsford
