There appear to be two farms on land owned by Sedgley Park; 'The Farm called Swain's Farm is rented at thirty five p[oun]ds p[er] annum together with the two Dwellings.... Boots pays per an[num] for his Dwelling house £2:15:0, Harbut pays for Ditto per an[num] £2:5:0.' The second Farm seems to be called 'Birch Farm' and few details other than it's accounts, appear in these volumes.
