Conveyance in Fee and Surrender. £1250.

(Recital of DS/298). Recital Simon Wilcock seised in fee of freehold property (below) 16 May 1823. S. Wilcock mortgaged same to William Pollard, Egloshayle, gent. with other properties for £600. 16 May 1824. Further charge of £200. Recital of further mortgage 24 June 1844 Simon Wilcock to Wm. Pollard of £500. Rec. of decd, of 22 May 1852. (i) Samuel Symons, Egloshayle, esq. (ii) Wm. Pollard (iii) Simon Wilcock (iv) Hen. Symons = (i) (above) £1300 (iv) - (ii), (ii) at request (iii) - iv - - freehold properties (below)' (iii) - (iv) - - assignment of leasehold properties (below) of lease (DS/298). Recital default made in sum owing (£3000) £3080 then owing to (i). Recital (iii) owner of leasehold property of DS/298.(i) and (iii) agreed for sale and surrender of freehold and leasehold properties for £1250).

(i) - (iii) - - mess. or ten. in Tredrissick (formerly parcel of customary lands of the manor of Trembleath), formerly in possession of Wm. Guy, then Mary Kent, then John Kent, then Simon Wilcock., (i.e. 2 messuages, 2 gardens, Two Great Parks (closes) (17a), Bridge Park (with house and garden built there by Vincent Bellman) (3a.), Great Meadow (1a.), Little Meadow (1 rood 20p.) with common in town place of Tredrissick. Except 2 cottages built by Simon Wilcock on site of messuages and gardens (above) and except 2 cottages and gardens erected on part of Great Meadow and fronting public road from St. Minver village to Tredrizzick. Subject to payments of annuity of £10 yearly to Wm. Wilcock, brother of Simon Wilcock (then - Wm. - aged 64); another annuity of £3 to Charles Wilcock (aged 70) another brother of Simon Wilcock. These annuities cr created by will of John Kent of 18 June 1812, proved archdeaconry court of Cornwall 13 December 1813. (One of freehold houses and gardens formerly occ. Jenefer Mably subject to lease of 28 November 1820 between Simon Wilcock and Jenefer Mably determinable on deaths of John ably (aged 66) and Thomas Mably (42). Subject also as to freehold house erected on Bridge Park by Vincent Bellman to lease of 29 September 1830 Simon Wilcock - Vincent Bellman of same freehold house for 65 years at rent of 30s.

(i) - (iii) - - assignment of leasehold premises of DS/298

Covenant by (ii) to produce deeds etc.
