Description

1. Henry Viscount Montague ; A messuage, farm and lands called Gosdens Heath, in the tithing of Ambersham and parish of Steep in the occupation of John Heath.

2. Ann Hyde of Hartley Wespall, widow ; (i) Several coppice grounds and trees, woods, and underwoods called Reading Coppice, Heathwood Coppice, Fish Pond or Vokes Coppice, Butlers Hill Coppice, Round Coppice, Cutwood Coppice, Fletchersmead Coppice ; (ii) Manor of Ewhurst with Ewhurst manor house and buildings, stables, orchards, gardens, feedings, dovehouse, pastures, fishponds, warren etc. in the parish of Ewhurst let to Thomas Furbar ; (iii) Ewhust Farm with buildings, barns, stables, orchards, gardens, etc. let to Thomas Furbar ; (iv) a brickiln with la in Ewhurst let to William Dicker
