Charles Alfred Worsley Earl of Yarborough and Marcia Amelia Mary Countess of Yarborough, and Baroness Conyers in her own right, his wife, Lord and Lady of the Manor. Andrew Montagu late of Ingmanthorpe Hall, deceased, had surrendered his copyhold land in Conisborough to the Lord to the use of his will. By his will dated 16 September, 1895, he devised these lands to George Denison Faber, esq., Registrar of Her Majesty's Privy Council, Edmund Beckett Faber of Old Bank, Leeds, and Francis Charles Greenfield of 3, Lancaster Place, Strand, London, solicitor, to hold so long as Frederick James Osbaldiston Montagu, the eldest son of Andrew Montagu's late brother, James Montagu, shall be living and under 25. George Denison Faber, Edmund Beckett Faber and Francis Charles Greenfield admitted.
