From (a) Gregory Fynes [10th] Lord Dacre and Lady Anne his w., to (b) George Goringe of Lewes, esq.

I Manors of Hurstpierpoint, Westmeston, Streat, Newick, and Novington, Danny Park or Herst Park, the hundred of Buttinghill and all other lands of (a) in Hurstpierpoint, Westmeston. Streat, Newick, Ditchling, Bolney, Twineham, Newtimber, Albourne, Cuckfield, Worth, Chailey, Lindfield, Ardingly, West Hoathly, and Slaugham, advowsons of the churches of Hurstpierpoint, Westmeston and Streat, except Smythwicke Farm late in the occ. of Robert Randall.

II Manors of Cowley Peachey and Hayse Parkehall, cos. Middx., and Bucks., and advowson of the churches of Cowley Peachey and all other lands in cos. Middx. and Bucks., which belonged to Thomas Burbage, and Robert Burbage his s., and are now in occ. of William Awbery, Nicholas Spurling, William Spurling, Robert Burbage, his s. and now in occ. of William Awbery, Nicholas Spurlinge, William Spurling, Robert Burbage, William Edenbrasse, Thomas Beetche, Arthur Parkyns, Thomas Doughtie, John Attlee, John Paynard. Thomas Raynor, William Saye, John Edenbrasse, Thomas Beetche, William Gerrard, and Thomas Thursbye and all other lands in cos. Middx. and Bucks. of William Goringe, except 2a. of land in the park called Haiseparkehall, late the inheritance of Richard Millatt in the parish of Hayes, co. Middx., and all other freehold lands, tenements and hereditaments of George Goringe, in co. Middx. and Bucks. and all manors, lands etc. in Cowley Peachey, Northall, Hayes, Hillingdon, Northwood, Sellington, Colham and Harrow-upon-the-hill and elsewhere in cos. Middx. and Bucks. which belonged to William Goringe and Anne his w., in which Robert Burbage, father of Anne Goringe had any estate of freehold.
