2. Thomas Eastham of Kirkby Lonsdale, gent.
Recital:- lease and release, 4 and 5 January 1828.

Premises: all that messuage or dwelling house with barn at end, stable, shippen, other outbuildings, 3 closes (formerly in 2 closes) called High Croft, Low Croft and Top of the Fold (then converted into a garden) with appurts. in Barbon in occupation of (1) to use of (2).
Premises: all that freehold close called Beck Gate Field, being part of High Croft Close [see above] but some time ago walled and fenced off from remainder of said close (the wall-fence belongs to (1) and is kept in repair by him) in Barbon, containing 3 roods and 24 perches.
Covenants include: (1) will produce upon reasonable request indenture of 27 February 1821 between James Robinson and Hutton Lupton of Barbon, carpenter and lease and release of 4 and 5 January 1828 [for latter see recital] or provide attested copies or extracts.
Consideration: £100.
Witness: John Preston, clerk to Mr Eastham, solicitor, Kirkby Lonsdale.
