Demise : Isabell, widow of George Parkinson of Fairsnappe, gent. to Richard Talbott of Ashton, Peter Williamson of Hindley, yeoman, Thomas son and heir of Thomas Blackburne of Orford, gent, and Thomas Bullinge of Warrington, marcer - Hall of Fairsnapp in Bleasdale with demesne, and vaccary of Fairsnapp and Brock Water corne milne; also 4 cottages in tenure of Robert Moore, John Hubberstree, Barnett Cheeve, and Thomas Fothergale, husbandman. Also Rectory of Heysham and advowson - for life of I.P. on her marriage with John son of Thomas Clifton of Lithom, esq. to sell to pay debts of I.P. Schedule of her goods. (Not executed.)
