Mr Saxton requests that you bring this matter forward at the next Directors' meeting on Tuesday, 8 February. Attached is a draft letter to the French Ministry stating in effect that we cannot guarantee any performance figures. This letter correctly summarises the decisions given during the discussion with Colenol Goussault and Mr Saxton some days ago, but in view of today's discussions during the visit of Colonel Goussault, I am not sure whether any changes should be made
