Deed of sale by Hannah Horne, of Stratford upon Avon, widow of William Horne, junior, late of Bishopton, yeoman, and William Horne, senior, of Bishopton, yeoman, with consent of Thomas Greathead, of Bently Heath in Solihull, yeoman, to Richard Newman, late of Alchurch, co. Worc., and now of Stratford, yeoman, of a messuage etc. at the end of Henley Street, late in the occupation of John Harris, deceased, and now in the occupation of Richard Newman for £261, of which £103 is to be paid to Isabel Baylis by the said Richard Newman and one James Moore, the said sale being in pursuance of a decree in Chancery, 29 November 1684, in a cause between William Horne, senior, Richard Kempson, since deceased and Thomas Greathead, plaintiffs, and Hannah Horne, William Horne, an infant, her son, and others, defendants, respecting the debts of the said William Horne, junior.
