Note: The church was bombed c. 1940-1941, and services thereafter were held in the church of St. Andrew, Glengall Road, or in St.Andrew's Church Hall. In 1953 All Saints was dismantled, and the materials used for a church at Biggin Hall, Kent. The parish was united with that of St. Andrew in 1956, as St. Andrew with All Saints.
