The Rev. Robert Jermyn Cooper of the Spa near Gloucester, clerk Trustees and executors of the will of the Rev. Ralph Harvey Leeke late of Ruckley Grange, clerk, decd., with the consent of Augusta Leeke of Ruckley Grange, spinster.

2. John Jones of Kilsall, Esq.

Consideration: £16,250

The capital messuage or mansion house called Ruckley Grange with the out-offices, stables and gardens, &c, and the messuages or cottage, farm buildings and several pieces of arable, meadow and pasture land belonging, in Tong and Shifnal (249a 7r 38p) scheduled at the end, late of the Rev. R.H. Leeke, subject to the rights of poundage and delivery of water as the owners and occupiers of the adjacent estates of the Rt.Hon.Lord Stafford and Robert Aglionby Slaney Esq. have, and all roads, timber & an aviary(not the birds), swans, fish & game &c, except 20 shrubs or less that Augusta selects.
